Return

Crystal Rainbow offer to return unused items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Please note the following:

Crystal Rainbow does not accept returns that exceed our 14-day return policy.
We also do not accept returns of items that have been worn, used, or washed. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all original Crystal Rainbow tags attached.

Returns from outside Denmark: 

Please note that your parcel must be sent, with a carrier of your choice, directly to our storage address in Denmark – not to a parcel shop. We recommend that you use DHL or GLS (traceable). You are responsible for payment of your return. We recommend that you always return your purchase with a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt about whether the parcel has been received by Crystal Rainbow. We do not take responsibility for lost return packages.

 
You will receive a notification once we have received and approved the return.

The return costs 5 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund.

You will receive your refund within 2-4 business days to the credit card used for the purchase.
