It is important to us that you have a pleasant experience shopping with us, therefore there are no extra costs for exchanging or returning goods
(this only applies to local customers)
Please note that all exchanges are based on stock availability.
A return label may be included in your order.

If you haven't received a return form with your order, don't worry, just contact us by email or phone and we'll help you. Please be prepared with your order number when contacting us for faster service.
If you wish to exchange or return your item, simply follow the guidelines below.
- All goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received with tags attached.
- Send the package to:
- Please note that the parcel must be sent by delivery directly to the above address, as we cannot collect your parcel from a parcel shop.
- Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account
- You will receive a full refund within 10 days . We will refund your amount to the credit card on which the goods were purchased.
Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
For your own safety, we recommend that you keep the postage receipt with the tracking number.
